As the founder of Evolve Business Solutions and a Guyana Innovation Prize winner, I’ve pioneered AI ecosystems like Avi AI and Silvie AI. My leadership journey spans from serving as CEO of Metro Office & Computer Supplies to shaping Fintech operations and serving as a Director for the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute. Recognised as one of the 25 Influential Women Leaders (2025), I am a Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) committed to scaling human capital. From my roots as a Science teacher to my e-commerce brand, Collection by Avia Maria, my mission remains the same: fostering "Inner Beauty, Outer Confidence".
