I launched my coaching and mentoring career in Shanghai, collaborating with corporations to assist expatriates in navigating challenging life transitions. Having lived on four continents and explored countless countries, I embrace learning new skills in each cultural setting. Over the years, I’ve coached and mentored a diverse range of clients, including CEOs, Olympic athletes, stay-at-home parents, religious mentors, celebrities, and many others. My expertise spans various industries like automotive, gaming, tech, social media, startups, and pharmaceuticals. Balancing roles as a mother of three and founder of two successful businesses, I understand the visions and challenges entrepreneurs face. With six years in retail as a product designer, I’ve witnessed the journey from idea to successful product and the impact each curve has on one’s mental health. I focus on Emotional Intelligence, Mindful Leadership, Stress and Anxiety Management, Burnout Prevention, Inclusion, and Belonging. I'm passionate about seeing my mentees thrive!
