“We are here to make a dent in the universe.” This belief has been guiding me to stay authentic, be creative, and make impacts. I am currently focusing on leading a new wave of digital transformation with the latest technology and AI products, drawn from my previous 6+ years of cross-team leadership experience in designing, developing, and scaling digital products across 5 industries (retail, hospitality, automotive, real estate, and airline). Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to take up various leadership roles, from leading cross-functional teams to working across countries in North Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with the goals of driving digital innovation, enhancing customer experience, and delivering tangible business results. I am also deeply committed in fostering diversity and inclusion. My previous experiences included building a vibrant community for collaboration, initiating D&I committees, setting up proper community practices with event calendars, and mentoring students in multiple NGOs, to nurture the next generation. I lead by example and aspire to create a better world with tech.
