I have a master\'s degree in Educational Management and another one in Education, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to design and deliver effective learning solutions and interventions for diverse audiences and contexts. I am fascinated by how fast the world is changing and how much impact it has on the business and people growth, and how HR professionals can add value by enabling a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration. I have a strong track record of partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to shape the organization, build talent pipelines and readiness, and enhance employee engagement and performance.
