Experienced manager and cyber security consultant, looking to deepen my mentoring experience with more structure in order to become a better leader and mentor. I have deepened both domain and business expertise in the last decade and I am now looking to share my expertise and professional mentoring skills with others. I am a passionate learner and really motivated to support other's growth. I have had the chance of working with amazing mentors at the beginning of my career and I now want to help others and guide their steps in the Cyber Security field, as it is a very complex and difficult IT niche. Not everyone has the chance to work with a good mentor to shape their journey and I am very excited to fill that gap, while also using this as an opportunity to improve myself, both personally and professionally.
