I am Rakesh Verma, an Executive Leadership, Career Transition, and Growth Coach & Mentor with nearly 30 years of professional experience, including 25+ years in senior corporate leadership roles across diverse industries. Throughout my corporate journey, mentoring has been a constant part of my leadership practice, where I have guided and developed large teams across levels, helping professionals grow in capability, confidence, and leadership readiness. Since October 2025, I have been fully dedicated to mentoring and coaching as my primary vocation. As an IMC Certified Master Mentor, complemented by ICF Accredited Level 2 Coach credentials and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching training, I bring both disciplines with clarity and intention. I keep mentoring and coaching as distinct engagements, respecting the unique purpose each serves. I primarily work through long-term developmental engagements that support sustainable growth, while also offering short-term focused interventions where a specific transition, challenge, or decision requires immediate support. My work supports first-time leaders, mid-career professionals, and senior leaders in strengthening leadership effectiveness, communication, decision-making, and transition readiness with measurable and lasting impact.
