About Me
Kyle Kalloo is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Executive Leadership Coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, people and culture, and organizational change. He works with executives, senior leaders, and emerging leaders who are navigating inflection points — leaders who know their current way of leading is no longer working and are ready to move with more intention, clarity, and impact. Kyle partners across industries, coaching individuals and teams toward stronger thinking, better decisions, and cultures where people genuinely want to contribute. His work spans one-on-one executive coaching, group coaching, team facilitation, and senior leadership development. He is a certified practitioner in EQi 2.0, DiSC, and the Enneagram iEQ9, and holds an MBA alongside his coaching credentials. Kyle is also the author of four books, including Championing Authentic Inclusion and Managing Up: Instead of Waiting for Your Leadership to Change.
