About Me

Fredrik Fogelberg is an Organisational Psychologist with 40 years’ experience in international leadership development Since 2008, he has specialized in working with global virtual teams and their leaders. Fredrik is co-founder of Nomadic International Business Psychology (1995), a European firm specialized in live online learning; offering training programmes on global leadership and virtual teams, as well as executive coaching. Nomadic IBP’s work is grounded in social science, group dynamics and intercultural theory. Fredrik’s approach is goal focused and practical, combined with psychological depth. Fredrik uses 5 working languages (Dutch, English, French, German, Norwegian and Swedish) He has worked as a coach, trainer and guest lecturer with clients in 34 countries across 5 continents, including several universities and business schools. He comes from a Swedish/Finnish background and has grown up in the Netherlands. He studied and worked in France, Bulgaria, Austria, and Norway. After studying in Amsterdam and Grenoble, he attained his M.A. in Psychology. Fredrik has done additional training in group dynamics and cross-cultural management. Fredrik is a senior associate of the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels (CCL). He acts there as a mentor for new executive coaches as well as for international psychology students.
