About Me
My business, CoachStation, was created in 2010. I have spent more than two decades helping leaders and teams turn intent into behaviour and behaviour into results. I blend practical coaching and mentoring with evidence-informed tools, and clear conversation to build trust, clarity, and accountability. My approach is direct and supportive, focused on what matters most and how it will be achieved. My clients value the balance of strategic thinking and practical application, along with an ability to simplify complex issues and guide action. I have worked across many industries and levels, and are driven by a simple belief: that leadership is learned, relationships matter, and progress is measurable. I am an Institute Fellow with the QUT Queensland Leadership Institute and have volunteered as a mentor with the Queensland Government Mentoring For Growth (M4G) program since 2019.
