About Me

I am a purpose-driven leader, strategist and leadership coach with over two decades of experience spanning banking, brand and corporate affairs, corporate philanthropy, fundraising and partnerships in the nonprofit sector. My career has taken me from banking and brand marketing into corporate philanthropy and social impact, where I have worked with major financial institutions and nonprofit organisations to build partnerships and initiatives focused on education, empowerment and inclusion. Since moving to the UAE in 2016, I have held regional leadership responsibilities, including leading partnerships and fundraising across the Middle East and North Africa for Sightsavers. I have also worked with the Standard Chartered Foundation, supporting initiatives that empower young people and underserved communities. Today, I bring this diverse experience into my work as a leadership coach and mentor. I believe meaningful leadership begins with understanding who we are, what drives us and the impact we want to create. I help leaders align who they are with how they lead, enabling them to lead with greater clarity, authenticity, purpose and impact.
