About Me

Jorma Manninen is the Founder and Principal Consultant, Executive Coach, and Mentor/Facilitator at Business Made Agile. He helps CEOs, executives, and professional coaches navigate the messy intersection of human strategy and artificial intelligence. His approach stems from 30 years of international corporate experience. And a lot of frustration. Having spent countless hours deciphering confusing reports and vague emails, he understands how painful bad writing is for business productivity and professional relationships. His career is dedicated to helping organizations turn “fuzzy thinking” into crystalline strategic clarity. Jorma has observed the corporate world from every angle as a project manager, KAM, CEO, CMO, and COB leading high-stakes programs across Europe and Asia. Bridging his executive background with human development, Jorma is a Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) through the Coach Transformation Academy, has completed the International Mentoring Center (IMC) Foundation Programme, and holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University School of Business. These roles inspired him to develop the "Strategy First, AI Second" framework that keeps humans in control of message strategy even when AI assists in writing. He is the author of Messaging Made Agile: Strategy First, AI Second - The Leader's Guide to Precision Communication.
