About Me

Hello! I'm Avia Maria Lindie, and I'm thrilled to be part of your journey at the International Mentoring Centre. With over 25 years of experience, I've had the pleasure of helping individuals and organizations unlock their true potential. As the founder of Evolve Business Solutions Inc., my mission has always been to harness the power of human capital through leadership, mentorship, and coaching. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to create "Collection by AVIA MARIA," an e-commerce lifestyle brand launched in 2020, centered around the mantra "Inner Beauty, Outer Confidence." Throughout my career, I've held significant leadership roles, such as the CEO of Metro Office & Computer Supplies and executive positions in the airline and technology industries. I started my professional journey as a high school Science and Spanish teacher, and now, I continue to shape strategy for a Fintech startup, focusing on operations and compliance. I'm deeply committed to philanthropy, dedicating my time to mentorship programs like AccelerateHER, ElevateALL and OneShot Accelerator. I've also served as the past president of the Rotary Club of Georgetown Central and the former Public Relations Officer of the Berbice Chamber of Commerce & Development Association (BCCDA). Currently, I'm a Director of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute (CCGI). Academically, I hold an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, a certification from the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET), and I'm a graduate professional coach from the Coach Transformation Academy (CTA). I'm also a proud member of the Project Management Institute. In 2019, I was honoured with the Women In Business Award by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI). Beyond my professional achievements, I'm a proud mother to four young adults, balancing a fulfilling family life and a healthy lifestyle. My passion for self-mastery and empowerment drives my mission to transform lives. I aim to create a global community of 5,000 leaders who will drive positive change worldwide.
