About Me

I was twenty years into a successful professional career before anyone—including me—discovered my ADHD. Although the diagnosis initially shook my world, it ultimately became the gift that led me to coaching. Late diagnosis of neurodivergent conditions in adults is on the rise. While these conditions present challenges, they need not be barriers. There is growing recognition that the human mind is far more diverse than is considered to be 'the norm' in our schools, workplaces, and communities. As a result not everyone is able to thrive or reach their full potential within traditional spaces. Today, individuals with unique minds are leaders in every profession. They run some of the world's most successful companies whilst others excel in academia, sports, media, and the creative arts. Far from being a 'deficit' or 'disorder,' success in a series of dynamic roles with the BBC, the UN, and other international organisations was due to my unique brain wiring. It fuelled my curiosity, helped me navigate some extraordinary situations, and made it possible for me to contribute in unique and creative ways. The skills I am most proud of developing, however, are coaching and mentoring. This role has not only deepened my appreciation of the unique potential within each individual, but is opening up meaningful opportunities to help others thrive.
