I am Dr. Sam Samuel — a passionate social entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and organizational mentor with over 20 years of international leadership experience across the United States, India, and the Middle East. My professional journey spans a diverse range of sectors including engineering, education, digital media, marketing, human resources, youth development, and community welfare. With a Doctorate in Management Studies, an MBA in Marketing, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR, and a Master’s in Psychology, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to leadership that combines strategic thinking with emotional intelligence and cultural awareness. I’m also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which strengthens my ability to coach individuals and guide organizations through change, conflict, and transformation. I serve as the Founding President of Anjappam Charitable Trust in India, an initiative dedicated to feeding the hungry and uplifting marginalized communities through sustainable support systems. In the U.S., I hold board positions with several nonprofits, including NYCON and Abbott House, and volunteer as a mentor for organizations like SCORE and BMNY, helping entrepreneurs and community leaders sharpen their vision and navigate practical challenges.
