About Me

Hello, I'm Ihab Badawi — an international author, Master Certified Coach (MCC), master trainer, and corporate advisor. Over the past 22 years, I've had the privilege of working across 58 countries, partnering with diverse cultures and organizations. My journey has been all about building bridges between people, nurturing leadership, and transforming cultures to create more connected, positive, and high-performing teams. What drives me is change — meaningful, lasting change. As a mentor and trainer, I specialize in transformational and positive leadership, and in re-engineering culture to unlock human potential. Since 2015, I’ve been dedicated to training and developing future professional coaches as a Director of Training at a leading ICF-accredited coaching academy. I believe that by cultivating great coaches, we pave the way for better leaders — and ultimately, better workplaces. Before coaching became my full-time calling, I served in executive leadership roles — as a Chief Commercial Officer, Vice President, and Managing Director — across the MENA region, the Indian subcontinent, and the ASEAN. These experiences shaped my understanding of what it takes to lead with impact in complex, multicultural environments.
