About Me

Lizbeth Plaza is Venezuelan, a daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, and passionate about issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, leadership, empowerment, and the development of Latin American women. She is a Systems Engineer with a minor in Management and Finance (UNIMET-Venezuela) and holds a diploma in Information Technology and Telecommunications (IUTAV-Venezuela). She also has an MBA in Marketing and Sales Management (IEP-Spain). She has a diploma in Design Thinking (MIT-United States), a diploma in Women in Leadership (CESA-Colombia), was part of the Women and Leadership Program (IESE-Spain), and has studied Business Analytics for Decision Making (Cambridge University-United States and Javeriana University-Colombia). She has been awarded the title of Mujer TIC LATAM (LATAM ICT Woman) for being an influential woman in technology and recognized for inspiring girls, young women, and women to enter the world of cybersecurity - “Unidos por la Seguridad” (United for Security) (COLADCA). She is an international speaker (Smart Speakers), mentor, instructor, master of ceremonies at technology events, moderator at cybersecurity panels, and interviewer (YouTube program: Cibermujeres que Inspiran and Inspirando desde MujeresTIC).
