About Me

I am a mentor, consultant, and founder of Calm Nest Collective, a female-led company dedicated to creating sensory-friendly, inclusive, and sustainable spaces for events, workplaces, and public venues. With more than a decade of experience in the events and music industry, I have worked as an event manager, promoter, producer, and sustainability manager across large-scale international festivals and corporate environments. Alongside this, I have seven years of corporate experience, which has given me a deep understanding of high-pressure environments and the challenges they place on people. My academic background includes an MBA and current PhD research on mental health and neuroinclusion in the events and music industry. I am also a certified Mental Health First Aider, yoga and meditation teacher, and social worker by training. This unique combination allows me to blend practical industry expertise with a strong grounding in wellbeing and inclusion. As a mentor, I am passionate about helping others build confidence, set boundaries, and create careers that align with their values. I focus on guiding individuals to thrive, not just succeed, by fostering environments that prioritise resilience, inclusivity, and balance. My mission is to empower people to reach their potential while feeling supported, seen, and valued.
