I am a Certified Master Mentor, executive coach, and education strategist, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the International Mentoring Center (IMC), where I lead global mentoring standards, accreditation frameworks, and international partnerships. My work sits at the intersection of mentoring, coaching psychology, and design thinking, helping institutions and organizations build future-ready talent and learning ecosystems. With experience across FinTech, Big 4 consulting, EdTech, start-ups, media, and global professional associations, I bring both academic depth and practical insight to global conversations. A key focus of my work is bridging the gap between Gen Z learners and traditional academic and organizational systems.
