About Me

I’m Stacey Susa-Pinto - an energetic, God-fearing woman, raised by a strong single mother and molded by grit, grace, and global impact. For over a decade, I’ve led and advised at the highest levels of government and international development - from designing the UK FCO’s Global Trade Programme to spearheading trade policy in Southern Africa. I’ve built a career anchored in international trade law, regional industrialization, and policy transformation, with a heart for correcting the gender inequalities that slow Africa’s growth. But that’s not the whole story. I now help professionals, leaders, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs prepare for their defining moments - the boardroom pitches, the make-or-break presentations, the meetings that require presence, clarity, and courage. I know what it’s like to feel called but unprepared. To carry a bold vision but battle self-doubt. To lead systems change while still fighting imposter syndrome behind the scenes. Through my work, I coach individuals to show up with polish, purpose, and professional power - helping them rise into their next-level leadership with conviction.
