Hi there! 👋 I'm Bastian, and I’m excited to connect with you. I’m passionate about entrepreneurship, business development, and sales. A bit about me: I’m a language enthusiast, speaking English, German, French, Japanese, and some Chinese. Having lived and worked in over 10 countries, I’ve gained a lot from experiencing different cultures. Currently, I’m working as an Account Executive for LinkedIn in the DACH region, where I’ve consistently exceeded sales targets and earned recognition for my work, including the Global Sales Operations FY24 award. I focus on aligning with LinkedIn’s values and driving meaningful results. In addition to my work, I’ve been involved in alumni activities as the Chairperson of the Tokyo International University E-Track Alumni Association. Before this, I worked as a Senior Sales Development Representative at CoachHub, generating €6 million in sales in six months. I also founded Peaberry Specialty Coffee Clothing, an eco-friendly, coffee-inspired clothing brand. I’m also an ACC Accredited Coach, dedicated to helping people grow and reach their goals, whether it’s in their career, education, or personal life.
