About Me
Leadership & Youth Mentor | Global Development Leader Benter is deeply committed to walking alongside teens and young adults, helping them navigate life’s transitions into adulthood with clarity and confidence. Through her mentorship, she creates safe spaces where young people are grounded inwardly and empowered to step out with purpose and strength. She serves as Director and mentor in the 360° Women’s Mentorship Program, and continues to guide young adults through the Ambassadors Club at Newlife Church Nairobi, where she previously held the role of Director. Earlier, she was a mentor for emerging women leaders through the East Africa Women's Mentoring Network Project, fostering regional connectivity and empowering women with the skills to excel in their careers and uplift their communities. Her mentees rose to executive levels. Professionally, Benter is the Founder and Director of the Ufanisi Collaborative, a consulting firm providing program and leadership services to governments, local organizations, and international development programs. Her work bridges mentorship and global development, ensuring that leadership growth is both impactful and sustainable.
