About Me

Daniela Aneva is an Executive and Team Coach holding the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) at the Master Certified Coach (MCC) level, an accredited coaching supervisor (EIAS), and an ICF-accredited mentor coach (MSS). Daniela is a certified Master Certified Mentor by the International Mentoring Center. She is also an organizational development consultant, author, and trainer with more than two decades of experience guiding leaders and organizations through growth and transformation. As a mentor coach and mentor, Daniela works with large organizations, senior leaders, and individuals, helping them deepen their practice and unlock their potential. She has designed and delivered tailored mentoring programs for a range of corporate clients and organizations, building structured pathways that develop coaching capability and leadership maturity at scale. Daniela is the author of Schemas in Leadership, a work that brings psychological depth to the practice of leading others, examining the underlying patterns that shape how leaders think, decide, and relate. Her writing reflects the same integrative approach she brings to her coaching and supervision: rigorous, practical, and grounded in human insight.
