About Me
I am a Learning & Development professional, facilitator, coach and mentor with over 14 years of experience helping people grow, develop and perform at their best. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals, teams and leaders across educational and organisational settings, supporting development through mentoring, coaching, facilitation, leadership development, behavioural assessment and communication. What I value most is helping people think more clearly, build self-awareness, recognise their strengths and take ownership of their development. My mentoring style is practical, reflective and supportive, combining thoughtful questions with challenge, feedback and guidance where it adds value. I believe good mentoring should empower people to make confident decisions for themselves rather than create reliance on the mentor. I am an ICF-trained Team Coach and a BPS-certified Assessor and Centre Manager, and I work across culturally diverse environments between Riyadh and London.
