I’m a strategy advisor, leadership coach, and mentor who cares deeply about helping people grow into the kind of leaders they’re proud to be. Over the past 17 years, I’ve worked across consulting, corporate environments, and entrepreneurial spaces, and one thing has stayed true throughout: people thrive when they have clarity, support, and someone in their corner. My work blends strategy with humanity. Yes, I help leaders think more clearly, make better decisions, and navigate complex environments—but I’m just as invested in who they are becoming along the way. I believe leadership isn’t only about competence; it’s also about courage, self-awareness, and learning to trust your own voice. Mentorship is especially close to my heart.
