About Me

I am the Learning & Development Lead at Keller Foundations (S E Asia), with over 17 years of cross-industry & regional experience from due diligence, public sector, professional services and construction. For the past decase, I have 2 major career transition from web-based research to events & communications, and then into learning & development (L&D). These 2 changes were driven by a deep commitment to personal growth and supporting others. I have developed professionally in L&D, with a strong interest in coaching and mentoring. During my time at Deloitte, I supported interns and junior staffs for over 7 years, and I now volunteer with Advisory Singapore to mentor youths. I hold a Masters of Arts in Linguistics and English Language. I am also certified in ACLP 2.0, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 coaching, and as a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method facilitaror.
